In these years we have dedicated resources, people and investments in research and development reaching leadership in technologies related to power resistors. In the same time we have diversified our range of products which now includes braking resistors, auxiliary heaters, contactors and disconnectors, breakers and protection relays for the railway market in addition to the cooling fans for our applications in forced ventilation.
TELEMA is in the list of "preferred suppliers" of the most significant and important manufacturers of rail vehicles, from trams to high-speed trains.

Today we are able to offer a wide range of technical and customized solutions, according to the different needs of our customers in terms of reliability and performance.
The versatility of our design, combined with the flexibility and speed of production, allows us to adapt the technology of the resistive elements supplied by us with the specific needs of each new project.
Within the company, it operates the group of specialists of resistors with the most extensive in the world design experience, with the ability to use all elements now known in the technology industry (stamped steel grids, wirewound, edgewound etc.);

All of our Quality Procedures and Processes, fromdesign to the manufacture,   have been certified by DNV GL according to the Management System Standard UNI EN ISO 9001. The IRIS certification, specific for the companies operating in the railway market was obtained in 2009.

Quality requirements of our welding processes are compliant with UNI EN ISO 3834 Part 2 and UNI EN 15085-2 level CL1, specific standard for the welding railway vehicles and components.
