Opening of the New Facility by SGT, the Chinese Subsidiary of Telema

SGT, the Chinese subsidiary of Telema, has officially inaugurated its new facility, thereby becoming the largest facility within the Telema Group. Construction of the impressive building commenced in January 2022, and the overall area spans an impressive 30,200 square meters, consisting of three buildings, two of which are multi-story. A portion of these structures will be designated for rental purposes.

The expansion project was driven by SGT's need to reorganize its production layout, which had become fragmented over time into various separate areas. The goal is to consolidate all production and offices into a single space, simultaneously increasing its size to align with the needs of the high-voltage electrical distribution market, where SGT is increasingly involved.

SGT manufactures industrial and railway resistors, as well as fans for the Chinese and Southeast Asian markets within the Telema Group.
